Silk-screen Printing
Silk-Screen Printing, also known as plot printing, is one the popular method of t-shirt printing. It is known for its superior printing results that are long-lasting and the colors won't fade. It is printed using templates to produce replicas of the initial design, and every printing color requires a template. However, the cost of the printing template is very high, hence, the high set-up costs for Silk-Screen Printing.
Most of the silk-screen factories in Singapore only provides regular silk-screen printing method for your t-shirt printing order. Glitter Silk-screen Printing

Embroidery
As for embroidery, it is does not have high set-up costs. However, the printing cost varies to the size of the printing design as the cost is charged according to the number of stitches. It is known for its detailed printing results that are long-lasting. Another advantage of this method of printing is that it is not constrain to a single printing design, which mean that we can print a different design without affecting much of the price, unlike Silk-screen Printing. Also, it allows up to 5 colors of print for the same cost.
Similar to Silk-screen, most embroidery companies in Singapore only provides you with the regular stitching embroidery for your t-shirts order. Vinyl / Jersey Printing
Vinyl printing (Jersey Printing), one of the popular method of printing which is often printed on jerseys. It is known for its superior printing results that are long-lasting and the colors won't fade. The smooth surface and a touch of shine to the print differentiates Decal Printing from Silk-Screen Printing. Decal Prints are also slightly raised and it feels soft. A plus point for Decal Printing is that it does not have high set-up costs and printing is not constrain to only duplicates, unlike Silk-Screen Printing.
Use Jersey Printing When...
- Large name printing is required. Eg. Name and Number printing for Jerseys
- Quantity is too low for Silk-Screen Printing, Decal Printing is the best recommended method for printing.
Avoid Jersey Printing When...
- Large quantity of print is required, this printing method may not be price-competitive.
Digital Printing
Digital Printing is one of the best t-shirt printing method for your full coloured artworks and designs. It is one of the few printing method that allows gradients and shadings to be printed on your t-shirt. If you are looking to print a full coloured artwork, this is the t-shirt printing method you should go for. This printing method is less quantity-sensitive, unlike silk-screen. This makes it cheaper for you to print in lower quantities! Our Digital Printing has also a soft feel on touch as we use only the best digital printing material for our t-shirt printing orders. Use Digital Printing When...
